Mark received his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi, summa cum laude, in 2011. He also received his B.A.Ed. From the University of Mississippi, summa cum laude, in 2008.

Mark is admitted to practice before all Mississippi State and Federal Courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mark is also admitted to practice State Courts in Tennessee. Mark is a current member of The Mississippi Bar Association. While in college and law school, Mark was a member of Phi Kappa Phi. In law school, Mark served on the Editorial Board of the Mississippi Law Journal (Notes and Comments Editor) and the school's Honor Council. Mark received the Outstanding Student Awards in Professional Responsibility, Employment Discrimination, Workers' Compensation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
