Kate is admitted to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee State and Federal Courts. Kate is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association. In law school, Kate was Symposium Editor of the University of Mississippi Law Journal, she was President of the Environmental Law Society, and she received an Am Jur Award for Income Taxation of Individuals.
